3. AI-Generated Content & Liability

The books and masterclasses provided by Tractari Books are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API). While we strive to provide high-quality and informative content, Tractari Books is not liable for any factual inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the generated content. The content is provided for entertainment and general informational purposes only, and you should independently verify any critical information.

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

By using Tractari Books to generate content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the generated books or masterclasses. We reserve the right to make any generated content publicly available on our platform or for promotional purposes. However, we respect your privacy and will strictly maintain your anonymity; we will not disclose your personal identity or attribute the creation of the public content to you without your explicit consent.

While books generated on the platform utilize artificial intelligence technologies, the digital compilation, formatting, platform assets, and specific delivered editions are protected under these terms. Purchasing a book grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized commercial distribution, exploitation, or resale of platform-delivered assets constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Tractari Books require a paid subscription or the purchase of credits. We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record and payment processor. By providing your payment information, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and authorize them to process your payment for the agreed-upon amount. All sales are final, and refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

6. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on several third-party platforms to function:

• Supabase: For user authentication and database management.
• Lemon Squeezy: For subscription, payment processing, and acting as Merchant of Record.
• Google Gemini: For AI text generation.

Your use of Tractari Books is also subject to the acceptable use policies of these respective third-party providers.

You agree not to use Tractari Books to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms.
